As a family enterprise we strive to foster a learning environment which best prepares our students to attain their professional license from the state of Illinois as well as employment in their field of study” Located in the heart of downtown DeKalb we are a Cosmetology, Esthetics & Nail Technology school with an awesome facility & full service salon. Our 17,000 square foot historic building is in the midst of eclectic shops and restaurants. Our facility was first used as a theatre termed, “The Theatre of Tomorrow” which first opened in 1949Programs
Welcome to Debutantes School! We currently offer courses in Cosmetology, Nail Technology and Esthetics. We also house a full service student salon overseen by licensed instructors. We pride ourselves on our smaller class sizes, busy salon clinic floor, hands on teaching style and creative and passionate teachers and staff. We invite you to explore for yourself our facilities by either booking a tour to learn more about our programs or coming in for a salon service performed by one of our wonderful students.Our Programs
Cosmetology
Offering Full & Part Time Cosmetology Classes for our 1500 hour course. Graduate in as little as 13 months. Financial Aid is available to those that qualify.
Esthetics
Offering Full Time Classes offered twice a year and a Part Time class offered once a year for our 750 hour course. Financial Aid is available to those that qualify.
Nail Technology
Currently offering a three days a week 350 hour course. In House Payment Plan available for interested students. Graduate in as little as 4 months if you go to school Full Time
